We have four manufacturing units in cities in the southern region of Santa Catarina, with our headquarters located in the municipality of Forquilhinha. We have logistics partners spread across the entire country and Mercosur to ensure excellence in logistics. We are 100% vertically integrated, ensuring efficiency and agility in all processes.

Quality Assurance in Processes and Products
In 2021, we achieved the ISO 9001 certification. This certification is the result of continuous improvement in our processes and reflects the growth and development of the company.
Teixeira Têxtil has obtained the certification as a signatory company of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), implementing actions in the day-to-day operations dedicated to improving environmental and social impacts. We strive to become an increasingly efficient, responsible, and transparent organization.
The mission of Bairro da Juventude is to “Promote, through education and social assistance, the guarantee of rights for children, adolescents, youth, and their families.” This campaign involves the use of a seal on industrialized and/or marketed products and services, aiming to channel resources for the benefit of more than 1500 students. We take pride in being part of this program and contributing to building a better future for the next generations.

Our production process begins at the Headquarters (Forquilhinha-SC), located in the southernmost part of Santa Catarina. One of our organization’s key differentiators is the 100% verticalized production, manufacturing everything from Polypropylene tapes to the finished product. The entire process is monitored by the quality laboratory, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our solutions.
At the finishing unit, located in the Saturno neighborhood (Forquilhinha-SC), our main product, the Big Bag, takes shape. After all components are manufactured at the Headquarters, the sewing, revision, and material shipment processes take place here, all monitored by the quality team.
The Cocal do Sul-SC unit was Teixeira Têxtil’s first proprietary space in 2003. Today, it serves as a finishing unit, handling the sewing, revision, and shipment processes for FIBC Bulk Bag.
The fourth unit, located in the city of Meleiro-SC, specializes in the production of custom FIBC Bulk Bags, ensuring all the necessary structure and care for these packaging solutions. This allows us to meet all the requirements and demands of our clients.
